Geoff was holding Em while he was working last night. I thought it was so cute that she was leaning against the desk like she was a little person and not a baby, like she was actually working on something. She is such an alert little thing it wouldn't surprise me if she actually was trying to figure out what he was doing. :)
Cali is seriously so cute with Em! She is constantly coming over to give her kisses or play with her. Last night Em was sitting in her chair and Cali came over with a book to read it to her. She read her the whole thing whether she was paying attention or not. :) Em sure is lucky to have such a great big sister!!

We had a big lunch at our house. On Friday we decided to have lunch at our place Saturday so my kids could just play in their room while we all hung out. I made chicken salad croissants (which are so yummy if I do say so myself!) and we had a packed apartment. :) Lisa, Wade, Shaun, Allie and Riley came of course. Our (Lisa, Allie and my) old roommate Jena and her family were in town so they came and so did Chad & Kaleena. It was Kaleena's birthday so I made a chocolate cake (also yummy if I do say so myself) and we sang "Happy Birthday" to her.
Lisa & Wade came into town so we went to lunch on Friday with Shaun & Allie. We decided to go to Souplantation (yum) which the kids love too so it was great!
Friday night we went to a Surprise Laser Tag birthday party for Geoff's friend Mike. My parents came over to watch the kids for us so we could go and the kids could still go to bed on time (the party started at 8). It was a pretty fun party! We played laser tag, ate some pizza, played some more laser tag and played some mini-golf. I totally kicked Geoff's booty the 1st round of laser tag and then he kicked mine the 2nd round (thanks to some punk kid who wouldn't leave me alone! Also... Geoff had never played before and he's a fast learner.). We had a fun night!
The other morning Em was to tired she fell asleep while playing with her toys. I walked over to put her to bed and she was already asleep! So I just moved her to her bed. :)
My little artists have painted again. They love it! It's really fun for me to watch them get creative. I love it!
Aedan's painting is of the transformers. The black & brown blob is the garage and all the other colors are the transformers. The big red and blue one at the top is Optimus Prime. The yellowish grey above the garage is Bumble Bee. The green car at the bottom is "Honky" (the kids named my car) and the white one on the bottom right (hard to see) with black wheels is "White Flower" (the kids also named Geoff's car). The road is at the very bottom...
