SANTA IS HERE!

Last night Aedan was playing in the bath and being silly, as usual. He put bubbles up to his face and started saying "HO HO HO!!" and telling us he's Santa. Who knew a 3 year old would think to do that?

BIG BOY BED

Ok, so Aedan has been sleeping on his couch bed for MONTHS! I know, I know... but he totally loves to and we just let him. He's had a major growth spirt recently and his feet hang way off of it now. It's still great if we go on a trip or something but not for a regular bed. We tried to have him sleep on a twin bed but he didn't. So... when I saw a CARS comforter set super cheap for Black Friday I decided that was the perfect thing! Then when Geoff went to go get a bed rail they had a CARS one! It was meant to be! :) So, we made up the twin bed in their room...

and then called him in...

He is one happy kid! He jumped right into the bed with a huge smile! He was so excited to sleep in his CARS big boy bed!

EARLY CHRISTMAS

Since we aren't seeing Tammy and family this year for Christmas (sad!) we did Christmas before they left. Aedan got a scooter and Cali got a Tinker Bell dress. Both were super excited!

BAHOOKA

Kevin, Tammy and family were going to the Bahooka with our dad, Grandma and brother Curtis so they asked if we wanted to go. I LOVE the Bahooka and Geoff had never been there so we decided to go with them. The Bahooka is a super yummy restaurant that has fish tanks seriously everywhere! It's the coolest place and the kids loved watching all the fish.

They have this huge and super old fish named Rufus who is famous. I guess he's on Youtube under "carrot eating fish". The lady fed him a huge carrot with us there and he totally downed it in like 2 seconds. CRAZY!

Curt and his girlfriend Jay. She is the singer for her band who we went to see that night. She has got an awesome set of pipes! We were pretty impressed and it was worth a few less hours of sleep. :) She is pretty cool.

CELEBRATING LILY

Lily's birthday (my niece) isn't until next month but we won't see her :( so we had a little birthday party for her last night. She will be 1 and she is seriously so super cute!! She LOVED her big cupcake and went to town eating it.

APPLE TURKEY

The Douglas family had the kids make turkeys out of apples. Arika (Geoff's niece) decided all the kids should do it and it was a really fun idea. Of course I totally forgot about it until it was too late to go get anything for them. So, I grabbed stuff we had around from Halloween and Mom always has suckers for Thanksgiving so I took some of those and here is Aedan's turkey...

I totally forgot to take pictures as we did it so these are totally posed. (Hee Hee) Geoff was the creative genius behind most of the turkey.  

TURKEY DAY!

We spent Thanksgiving with my family this year and it was a fun day with super yummy food! The kids had fun running around with their cousins and it was fun to spend time with family. Kevin is home (YEAH!!!) and he brought his friend Freddie with him and they are so alike it's almost like having 2 Kevins here. :)
