Long or Short???

Ok everyone... I need your votes! Geoff wants to cut Aedan's hair because it's long and I love the crazy curls. So, I'd like you to vote whether we should cut his hair or not. Keep in mind... family pictures are in 2 weeks! I've attached pics of long and short hair.

L.A. County Fair

Yesterday we went to the L.A. County Fair for our annual tradition for Lisa's birthday. We ate lots of yummy fair food, walked through some exhibit halls and did some shopping! We had a lot of fun! We took a bunch of pictures around the fair and even did another old fashioned picture but this time Lisa & Wade were in it with us! 

There was a Jurassic Park exhibit in one of the buildings with a bunch of dinosaurs. They had some real dinosaur bones which made it kinda cool.

They had a pretty cool pirate area outside. They even had some guys dressed up as Jack Sparrow and Davey Jones (amazing costumes!) which we didn't get pictures of. We did take pictures of other stuff though...

One of the other halls was set up medieval style and we were walking through it to get to the other side but they had some fun stuff so we took some more pictures...

Coders R HOT!

Aedan brings us this drawing thing randomly and asks us to draw things like cars, trucks, ect. all the time. Whenever I try to draw something it looks totally ridiculous (but Aedan always likes it). Whenever Geoff draws something it looks totally cool!

This morning Aedan came in and brought it to me after Geoff had drawn on it for him. I totally did a double take. Geoff had drawn himself and it looked totally cool, as usual. :) 

Then Geoff took it and colored in the glasses and wrote on it. He makes me laugh! Aedan also added his bits to it.

For those who don't know... coders are people who can write in code (computer programming stuff).

Not tired

Last night Cali would not go to sleep! She was crying and screaming so Geoff put her next to Aedan (who was sleeping). She never stays put when she's not in her crib so she got up but Geoff had put a childs gate up outside their door. So... Cali just grabbed a bunch of books, sat down in her doorway and read to herself. She was still awake reading to herself an hour later. As you can see, she wasn't tired yet...

Poser

Having Maegan around is like having a big sister. She loves to dress the kids up. On Sunday she was putting her shoes on Aedan and he would come in and show us. Each time he would pose. It was hilarious!

Butterfly purse

The last time we saw Tammy she gave Cali this crocheted butterfly purse. Cali loves it! I'm not sure if she knows what to do with it yet (otherwise it would be filled with goodies) but she carries it around and plays with it.

She looked so cute in her dress this week. I was so bummed when I realized that there was a huge smudge of some kind on my lens and all the pictures were slightly blurred because of it. Grrr! I figured it out before the last few thank goodness.

Soccer season!

Soccer season has started! It's Maegan's 1st year playing and she is doing really good. She has no fear and can run pretty fast. I've been able to go to both games so far and the kids were able to go last Saturday since it was after nap time. They had a great time cheering for Maegan and playing on the playground nearby. FYI: Maegan is #2 on the turquoise team (makes it easier to spot her in the pics)
