CHRISTMAS EVE

For Christmas Eve we went to my Mom's house for their Christmas Eve party. There was yummy food and cookie decorating for the kids. My kids weren't interested at first since they had just done that but eventually they did it. Cali even decorated one "for Mommy". "Mrs. Claus" dropped off pajamas for the kids and both kids LOVED their jammies.

COOKIES FOR SANTA

The kids were very excited for Santa to come this year... especially Aedan! It made Christmas so fun this year!! When Geoff mentioned making cookies for Santa they got so excited and wanted to help do everything.  It was pretty fun. :)

At school Aedan made a snowman out of marshmallows and toothpicks. He was pretty excited about it. :)

He also fell and scraped his nose.  :(

CHRISTMAS SUNDAY

I know, I know... Christmas is on a Sunday so technically next week is Christmas Sunday. But, we will have a full day to be spent with family and aren't going to church so today was our Christmas Sunday. The kids wore their Christmas outfits and looked super cute (if I do say so myself... which I usually do).
I had a bit of a crazy morning. I'll start out by saying that Geoff wasn't home because he went to church early (he sang with the choir today). We have a thing of shoes by our door. After the kids and I were dressed I looked through it to find Cali's black church shoes. I found one. So... I tore apart the entire apartment looking for the other one (Seriously every inch of the apartment was searched! Geoff is a little sad that I found a Christmas present. Oops!) Not an easy thing to do with a baby belly in your way but I was determined. I found no shoe and by then I was exhausted and late for church so I decided we weren't going. I put on some pajamas and started picking up my mess starting with the shoes. As I'm putting the shoes back, I find the other shoe. It must have stuck to another shoe or something. So... I was pretty irritated!! I went and put my skirt back on and we went to church. Better late than never right? We stopped outside really quick to take some pictures on our way to the car...
They both in a very silly mood. :)
