LABOR DAY

For Labor Day we decided to head to Disneyland in the morning and stay until it got hot and busy. Geoff took Aedan and Cali on Star Tours while I took Em on a few things and then we met up for Small World. We only stayed a few hours because it got hot fast and busy quick but it was totally worth it. On the way home we stopped for some Thrifty's ice cream. Later in the day we went to have a delicious bbq with our friends. We swam and ate some yummy dinner. A great day! Especially since Geoff was with us all day!!

Em pointed to the Astro Orbiter so we went on it for the 1st time...

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!!

The kids were so excited for school to start!! Aedan started 2nd grade and Cali started first. Holy Cow!! I got up SUPER early to shower and make breakfast before getting the kids up. When it was time to wake Em up she kept saying, "No! I want to sleep!!" but when she did finally roll out of bed she was in a good mood so that was good...

UNBLOCKED

A week before school started our passes were unblocked! We went for some Disney fun in the heat. We went to the Disney Jr show again and this time Em was old enough to know who everyone was so she got super excited every time one of them showed up. The kids met Doc McStuffins and Princess Sofia for the first time and while Aedan didn't think it was a big deal, Em sure did! She loved it! We went to CARS Land and went on some rides and had lunch at Flo's Cafe before heading over to Bugs Land for a bit. It was a fun day!

Now that Aedan is 7 he can ride rides by himself!

Aedan had blisters on his heels so he sat in the stroller and Em sat on his lap... and fell asleep. Haha

We stopped for ice cream on the way home...

and I got a frozen hot chocolate at Starbucks for me. Yum!!
