We planned to stay in CA for a few days to hang out with Kevin and visit my Grandma's that live near by. When we got here Geoff was looking online to see if they had jobs here that he could apply for and he found quite a few of them. So, after applying he decided we should stay an extra few days just in case they called for interviews or something. Then we wouldn't have to drive all the way back. I was definitely ok with that since I love being here :) so we stayed! So far only 1 company has called and he's had 2 interviews and is there today doing some paid work for them so they can test him out. It's a computer programming position and is just about perfect. So, we will see. It would mean moving to CA, which I'm never opposed to, but we really love the people we've gotten to know at home so it would be sad to leave (I hate Vegas so I can't believe I'm saying that!). We will see what happens. We've been here over a week now and are trying to figure out how we feel about living here.
Anyway... while we've been here we haven't done much that has made me take out my camera but there have been a few things. I am actually surprised at my lack of pictures because I can usually take pictures of anything no matter how silly. :)

We went over to our good friends Ian & Liesl's house for dinner (yum!). My Mom watched the kids so we could go by ourselves which was fun. Liesl and I had fun watching and making fun of the guys "geek talk". We love our geeks!!
On Wednesday my cousin Troy came over to talk to Geoff about a website and decided to stay the night and hang out with us for a while. When he got to my Mom's house Maegan, Kevin and I were doing "Just Dance" on the Wii so he joined us. His parents are dancers so it wasn't shocking that he was awesome at it. What was shocking is that Kevin did awesome too!! We never knew he had it in him. :) Since I was behind the camera I only have pictures of everyone but me. It was super fun!
On Friday we went to my Grandma's house to help out with some yard work and stuff. Whenever we're in town Geoff likes to make sure anything she needs is taken care of which usually is computer stuff. Kevin came along so that was fun. Grandee has beautiful flowers all over her front and back lawns so I took some pictures of the kids while they were running around. Aedan picked a flower for me which was sweet. :)
We went to my other Grandma's on Saturday but I totally forgot to take pictures while we were there. She made us a late lunch and Kevin got to tell her all about his mission and show her his album. It was so sad to be there without our Papa but it was great to see Grandma.
On the way there and back Kevin entertained the kids and made them laugh. They really love their Uncle Kevin and have so much fun playing with him.
