A KNOCK & A BOX

Yesterday there was a knock on the door and when I answered it there was a box for me! It came with a note and some instructions...

For my new Bougainvillea Bonsai! My early Mother's Day present. It is the sweetest plant and I love it! Here it is...

WATCHING MAKENZIE

We watched our friends little girl the other night. She is such a cute little thing and was a piece of cake to watch! Aedan was the perfect little host and showed her around the apartment. Then they played and had so much fun! Makenzie was so delighted by everything Aedan and Cali would do. She'd laugh and giggle. Aedan was even flirting a little so I think he thought she was cute too. :) It was so fun I got out my camera.

Then they jumped on the beds in their room. I didn't want Makenzie to get hurt so I put her in the crib and her and Cali jumped around together. Aedan jumped in there for a sec but then decided his bed was more fun. We don't normally let them jump on his bed but I was right there and they were having so much fun I just supervised it (while taking pictures).

EGGS, CAKE & A CHOCOLATE MONSTER

We went over to my parents house for Easter and to celebrate Geoff's birthday. When we got there, the kids had an easter egg hunt with Maegan. They loved finding eggs! Grandee was visiting for Easter too so she helped the kids find their eggs.

After dinner, Mom brought out a yummy cake with candles. We sang happy birthday to geoff and he blew out his candles...

Then later we found Cali sitting on the floor sneaking some chocolate (a girl after my own heart!)...

EASTER CUTIES

HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!!

I'm so excited about this years Easter outfits! My Mom decided to sew dresses for all the granddaughters this year and they turned out so super cute! She even made little purses to match! I made the headbands so they'd match the dresses too. I found an outfit for Aedan that I just love on him! They both looked so cute this morning!! I wore a new dress too that I'm pretty excited about! My friend Heidi had a giveaway on her crafty blog that I entered. I had never won anything before and was so excited to win a Shabby Apple dress! It's so cute and I made a navy blue belt type thing to wear with it to add some color. I felt so girly and sophisticated! :) Aedan was all smiles and poses... Cali was not. I'm not sure why because she LOVES her "princess dress" but she wasn't feelin it. As a result, there are tons of Aedan and only a few of Cali.

Ok, so I totally felt all cute and girly and then when I got home from church I looked at the pictures. I'm hoping the camera adds 10 (or more) pounds because this adorable dress doesn't look so adorable on ME. I decided to post these anyways because it really is a cute dress!
