My Mom had a reception/open house at her house over Memorial weekend so that all of our friends and family that couldn't go to Oregon could meet Kristal and see the happy couple. They flew out for a SHORT trip :( but we were glad that we got to see them. My Mom did a great job decorating her house and making goodies. Geoff made a seriously delicious cheesecake for the event (that's Kristal's favorite) and I made apx 100 lemon cookies. The kids played outside, we chatted with people and Curt gave an amazing Best Man speech that is too long to upload so you'll just have to take my word for it. :)

Kev forgot to bring a white shirt to wear so while Geoff ran home to grab one of his (luckily they are about the same size), Kev wore his plaid shirt with his pants and vest. It was silly. He decided to be even more silly and wear an apron as a cape and be "Super Groom". The kids loved it. :)
