A homecoming, a blessing and a baptism...

We drove to CA Saturday afternoon for a few things but mostly to spend some extra time with Kevin. :) Yesterday was a really busy day! We went to church with my parents where Kevin spoke about his mission. My sister decided to have her daughter Lily blessed on the same day since everyone was already there so after church she was blessed. My Mom made her dress out of my Grandma's wedding dress. We all went back to the house for a yummy bbq and then back to the church for Maegan's baptism. It was a special day.
The kids had already had breakfast when Kevin woke up but when he got his bowl of cereal Aedan wanted another bowl so he could sit next to Uncle Kevin. It was so cute! He loves his Kevin!! :)

I didn't have time to take any pictures of Cali in her absolutely adorable dress so I snapped a few really quick ones in the parking lot of her running around with Aedan.

Here is my super cute niece Lily in her blessing dress:

My Grandma holding Lily:
My Mom wanted pictures of all the Grandkids while we were all here. That of course seems to be impossible when there are so many little ones involved. None of them wanted to stand still long enough. Brended (the oldest one) held Lily and was so patient with all of them. I snapped this 1st one and then realized Alexis wasn't in it. Oops!

Here are all of them including my Dad's (step-dad) step-daughter's little girl (I know... confusing). As you can see....there aren't any where they are all looking but I kinda think it's cute.

These three kiddos were all born exactly 3 month apart (Aedan- March 27, Alexis- June 27, Addison- Sept 27) and all of their names start with A's so we took some of just them. They were being silly and kept running around so this is the best one I got.

Cali's big smile with her eyes closed:
Maegan picked out the dress that she wanted my Mom to make and it was a renaissance style one. It turned out so cute! I took her outside to take pictures in her dress before the baptism and she is such a poser!! Maybe that's where Aedan gets it from. :) She did all kinds of poses and was so cute. These are my favorite ones:

Kevin's home!!

Tuesday the 11th was the last day of Kevin's mission. After 2 years we were so excited to see him again!! I had seen him a few times but the rest of the family hadn't so it was a very exciting day for all of us. We got to spend the whole day with him. We went to the temple, to visit some people he'd taught and to say goodbye to all the missionaries. We had a bbq at my house to celebrate and all the kids were so excited to see Uncle Kevin again. They stayed the night at our house and then went home Wednesday. I brought my camera with me so I could take pictures of our day.

We took pictures with Kevin at the temple:

When we got to the house the kids were waiting to see Kevin. Maegan jumped up and practically attacked him because she was so excited. It was so cute!! Cali didn't really know who he was since she'd only seen him for like 5 minutes but she loves him now! He played with the kids and they loved it!!

I found some shoes like a month ago for like 3 bucks clearanced that were in Maegan's size and my size so I got them both and we wore them on Tuesday so we'd match. :)

Wednesday morning I deflated the air mattress so the kids and Kevin all rolled around on it "to help the air come out". They were cracking up.

One spoiled Mommy...

So, most of you know that Geoff lost his job a week ago. I told Geoff that we didn't have to do anything crazy for Mother's Day because it would just cost $$ we shouldn't be spending. Well... he ended up doing a lot more than I thought. On Saturday night he went and got Red Robin to go for dinner, yesterday morning he made breakfast and then we went to church where they gave balloons and goodies to all the Mom's. After church Geoff had the kids each give me a single rose and he had flowers for me. He got me the movie "Leap Year" that I wanted (cute movie!) and made me dinner. It was so sweet and typical of Geoff to go above and beyond when we totally can't afford it just to make sure I have a fabulous Mother's Day. :)

The kids looked so cute for church...

until Aedan got into my nail polish...
It totally ruined his clothes! Luckily he only got the tiniest bit on Cali's dress that I was able to get off with nail polish remover.

These are totally blurry but this is the kids bringing in the roses:

I am one happy Mom!!!
