We decided to go to Disneyland and just do the parade and fireworks. We didn't want to go stand in long lines and it's not very often we get to see the parade (we're either home by then or go after) and we wanted to do it one last time for the summer. Aedan and Cali were pretty excited to see them... especially the fireworks since it's always after their bedtime during the school year. We parked in Downtown Disney for the parade because we were going right back to drop Em off at Grandma's so she could go to sleep. I was so glad we brought her for the parade though because she really loved it! She danced to the music and clapped and got excited when she saw some familiar characters. It was awesome!

After we dropped Em off, we headed back to Disneyland. The kids were so excited!! It was packed but we found a pretty good spot. It was awesome, as usual. :)

A lot of people leave after the parade so it's a little crazy. We headed straight to get some ice cream and let all the people leave before we headed out...

How fun. I always love staying later as most people leave the park. Those are my best Disney memories as a kid. Your children are spoiled, but as I know...NOT rotten. :) Love that pic of Em with her blankie and the princesses in the background.
