ALL BY MYSELF!!

Cali has always been independent and the type to figure things out herself but lately she has had to everything all by herself. It's cute and all but sometimes I just wish she'd let me do stuff so we could get going already! :) She always says "I wanna do it all by myself!" and throws a fit if we don't let her.
Last night she was putting on her jammies so I took a few pictures.

VALENTINE DRESS

I totally got this dress just for the Sunday before Valentine's Day and Cali looked so cute! I even made her a little barrette to wear with it....

IT'S BEEN A WHILE...

since we've been to the park! So, I didn't feel ridiculous posting some... especially since this is the park by our new place! It's apx. 1/2 a mile away so we took the kids for a walk on Saturday and they loved running around playing. There is a pond there too so they had fun yelling at the ducks. :)
Some of these are a little blurry but they were still cute so I included them and there are TONS of Cali on the swing because she was laughing and smiling the whole time she was swinging!

HAIRCUT TAKE 2

So, you all remember Cali's butchering incident a while ago? I certainly do! I wanted to get Cali's hair cut again but was freakishly nervous about it. So I decided to take the kids to a kid friendly hair cutting place. I took Aedan to Cool Cuts last time so I decided to go there again.

Cali got some bangs! I LOVE her hair just the way it is but it is always falling into her face so the practical thing is bangs. I told the girl what happened last time and that I just wanted a simple layer of bangs. I am happy with how it looks and now Cali can actually see without me putting something in her hair (that falls out anyways). Here is our little cutie with bangs...

LEGGINGS

I got Cali some leggings last week specifically to go with this dress. You've seen the dress before but it is kinda short so I thought leggings would be cute. It is!
Also... I got the kids these dogs the other day because they've been so good. They now take them everywhere we go. It's pretty cute. :)

HAPPINESS IS... GETTING ALONG

This is out of order but... The kids were playing so nicely and were so quiet that I went in to check on them. This only happens half the time.

ABSENCE MAKES THE HEART GROW FONDER

When we got all our stuff moved into the apartment the kids got to see a bunch of toys and stuff that have been in storage for a while. We packed up half their toys and books and now they're back! Aedan was jumping around with excitement! He found his CARS hat which was also very exciting for him. He put it on and posed for me.
