VALENTINE'S DAY

The day before Valentine's Day the kids got a package in the mail from their buddy Stella! It had cards an stickers and candy. They loved it! They are so lucky to have such a thoughtful friend. :)

On Valentine's Day I got up and made pancakes. I've been making pancakes from scratch a lot lately because I've found such awesome recipes! I attempted to make heart shaped pancakes. Haha. While Aedan and Cali were at school I made cupcakes and cookies for Geoff's work.

While we waited for Aedan, Em sat in his seat and played with her books. She also played peek-a-boo with her blanket which she thought was hilarious! Cali sat with her and played...

We stopped by Grandma's to drop off their Valentine's and she had made Valentine cookies for the kids and gave them a donut bouquet. She was at work so she had Grandpa give it to them...

Then we went to Geoff's work to bring them the cupcakes and cookies...

 When we got home the kids got out all their Valentine's from their classes and Em tried to help herself to some...

Geoff brought home some pretty orchids and made a delicious dinner for us! It's always a treat when he makes dinner. :)

THE PARK

I took Cali and Em to the park while we waited for Aedan to get out of school. There's one right next to his school so if we get there early we can just walk over and play for a little bit. I put a hat on Em to block the sun but she only kept it on for a second. She LOVED the swings! She would make a "whoa!" face like she was loosing her tummy and then laugh like that was the funnest thing ever. Haha. I helped her go down some slides and she went down once with Cali too. Then we just roamed around the playground. Both girls had a fun time! :)

Aedan and Cali were playing cars together and Em wanted to play with them so bad! She grabbed a car and scooted over closer to them hoping they'd include her...

Em bathes with the kids now. She really loves baths!! She loves to be in the big bath so she can make big splashes and crawl around in the water. Once she's out and dressed (we wash her up first and then take her out) she crawls back into the bathroom and tries to get back in the tub. She is such a fish!

We got out the kids "house" recently and I cleaned it all up so there weren't any crazy germs on it. Em loves playing with it! She crawls through the door and plays with all the windows, lights and all that. She gets SUPER excited when I come knock on the door to see if she's home. She gets a big smile and crawls over to the door, opens it and then crawls through it. :)
