NEW SHOES

Aedan has needed new shoes for a few weeks but every time I was at the store he wasn't with me to try them on. So, the other day we all went to the store and we finally got Aedan some new shoes. He LOVES them!! You can see why...

EAR MUFFS

Aedan put on Builder Dave's ear muffs and I just thought it was cute.

WINTER COAT

Ok, so it doesn't really get super cold here but I still wanted to kids to have warm coats to keep them nice and warm. Cali's is so cute this year! She looked so cute on Sunday and was excited to model her jacket for the camera. I was across the room and too lazy to get up and move the red chair in the way so just pretend that isn't there. :)

NAME IN THE MUD

My Mom just had her tile floor done last week which looks great! Dave, the tile guy (who Aedan calls "Builder Dave", did a great job! Aedan did quite a bit of helping and loved watching Builder Dave work. Dave wrote Aedan's name in the mud stuff under the tile which Aedan thought was cool. His name will forever be under the kitchen tile. :) Dave spelled it wrong at first so Aedan had to tell him how to spell it right. Such a smart kid!

PINK PRINCESS

Today Cali wore a pretty pink dress and thought she was a princess! She twirled and pranced around like royalty. Then she she sat and gave me a bunch of silly faces. :)
I did Cali's hair in a new hairstyle today. I totally stole it from a site I'm a huge fan of so I can't take credit for it but it's still fun to show.

JOHNNY ROCKETS

Today we went to L.A. to do some shopping and stopped at Johnny Rockets for lunch. They gave the kids hats and Aedan & Cali shared mini hot dogs for lunch that were pretty cute.

PUZZLES

We got all of our puzzles out of storage and the kids have been going crazy! We have like 10 of them so it's been a little messy. :)

CUTEST PUPPY EVER!

When we came home yesterday, my Mom's friend was here visiting and brought her new puppy with her. I instantly freaked out over how adorable the puppy was! The kids loved her and she was just their size. It totally made me want to get them a little puppy!

OLD SACRAMENTO

On Saturday we went to Old Sacramento. We went there when I was younger and I wanted to go back. It's fun to see the old buildings and we also got to look at some boats this time which Aedan thought was super cool. Grandpa & Grandma Laurie got us caramel apples (YUM!!) to take home with us too.
We parked at the mall to get to Old Sacramento and found this little play area that the kids played in for a few minutes. They loved it.

We had such a great time! The kids loved hanging out with their great-grandparents and we loved spending some time with them too. Thanks for such a fun weekend Grandpa & Grandma Laurie!
